6. How can I start using the service
To start using One2dial, all you need to do is sign up i.e. set up an account.
You can do this on our website or you can call our sales team on 0208 028 0121 or 0800 972 3121.
To subscribe you will also need a UK credit/debit card.
7. What do I get when I sign up?
Once you sign up, you will receive you personal account that you can access from a touch tone phone.

- Online access to your service
8. Do I need to enter a P.I.N. to use the service?
Don't worry, One 2 Dial monthly package can only be used from a registered CLI.
You do not need to enter any PIN to start using the service

10. How does the service work?
One 2 Dial monthly calling package can be used only from a registered phone i.e. landline or mobile
Dial the access number 0208 166 0567 from your registered phone.
At the prompt, you will be asked to enter your destination number.
Enter your destination number using 00 + country code and area code (Country code not required for UK numbers).
Note: The service will not work, if you try using the service from an unregistered CLI.
11. Can I use my Service from my mobile phone?
Yes. You can use the service from a mobile phone. However before dialing the access numbers from your phone i.e. mobile or landline, please check with your service provider for the relevant charges.
12. How can I find if I have a touch-tone phone?
Pick up the receiver and press any digit, if you hear one continuous beep you have a touch-tone phone. If you hear series of bleeps it is a pulse phone. Please convert your pulse phone into touch-tone before you can use the service.
13. Is there any change required in my existing phone or phone set-up?
No, there is no change required in your current phone or phone set-up.
14. How can I make a follow on call?
When you complete the first call, do not hang up, simply press the # key to make another call.
15. What are the access numbers to make a call?
The access number to place a call are published on the website. You can check the access number online or by clicked the following link

16. What is a CLI?
When you register, you will be asked for your office, home and other phone numbers that you will be frequently calling from. These will be registered as your CLI (Call Line Identity).
One 2 Dial Monthly package can work from only a CLI registered phone.
17. How do I register a CLI for Pinless dialing?
You can register a phone/ CLI for pinless dialing by calling customer services or by placing a request by clicking the following link REGISTER CLI
18. How many phones can I register to use the service?
For security reasons, the service is restricted to one CLI per account.
In case you need to change the phone that you have registered for pinless dialing, please call our customer services and we would be happy to help you with the same.
19. What is a Speed Dial?
This is a unique feature which helps you save your time in dialing the lengthy destination numbers that you call frequently.
All you need to do is save the destination numbers that you call frequently to.
Once you have saved your destination number to the system, when prompted to dial the destination number, you do not need to enter the completed destination number, instead you just need to enter the number code from 3 to 9 to which you have saved you frequently called number.
20. How do I set up speed dial?
You can set up speed dial by calling customer services or by placing a request by clicking the following link

21. The line quality on my international call wasn't up to the usual standard.
We use high quality carriers to connect your call. You should not face any quality related complaints.
However, If the problem persists after 2 or 3 calls, please call customer services on 0208 028 0121 or 0800 972 3121.
They will investigate the problem as a matter of urgency, as we are committed to providing a high quality, fault-free service to our customers.
22. Do I get Itemised Statement?
You may request your monthly itemised statement by calling customer services.
There is an admin fee of £1.99 per month for sending paper itemised statements. Alternatively you can check your call records online by logging on to your account.
23. Can I keep my original phone number?
Yes. Using the One 2 dial monthly package there is NO need to change your existing SIM or landline.
You can use the monthly package from your existing service provider.
24. Do I need to have broadband to use the service?
No. You can use One 2 dial package from any registered landline or mobile.
It doesn't matter if you haven't got broadband. It's just the same as a traditional phone service, only cheaper.
25. Do the people I call need to have broadband?
No. You can use One 2 dial package to call any landline or mobile, anywhere in the world.

26. What about calls to countries not in my call plan?
You will have to pay for calls made to countries not included in your chosen call plan. These charges are extremely good value, though.

27. What about technical help? And customer service?
Frequently asked technical queries are available on our website or via email. You can also speak to a customer care advisor over the phone 7 days a week.
28. I'm expecting a catch! Where are your hidden charges?
There aren't any.
There is NO line-activation fee or delivery fee.
You do NOT need any broadband or adapter.
After that, the only thing you pay for is your monthly call plan fee, plus any calls made to numbers outside of your call package. There's nothing else.
29. Can I try One 2 Dial monthly package before I commit?
Yes. One 2 Dial monthly packages comes with a Money back guarantee.

30. Are there any cancellation fees?

31. What does the asterisked "unlimited*" mean?
You can make unlimited* calls to all landlines in the countries covered in your call plan. We do operate a generous fair usage policy of 1500 minutes a month. The fair usage policy is therefore designed to protect us against the small number of customers who might misuse and abuse the service we offer.

33. When will the package be renewed?
The package will be renewed after every 30 days.

34. How long is the package is for?
The length of the package can be as long or as short as you want. When you sign up you have a 30 day money back guarantee. So, in the unlikely event that you are not happy with our service you can cancel with a small administration fee within the first 30 days.
You can also cancel our service any time you want after the 30 day money back guarantee by giving a notice for 30 days.
If you do so during the initial 3 months a disconnection fee is payable. If you cancel any time after 3 months no disconnection fee is payable.
35. How can i cancel the package?
